Starting our desert tour marrakech to fes. Pick up you up from your hotel. Then, start our road trip to Ouarzazate. Ouarzazate is also known as Sahara’s gateway. It is located on the Atlas Mountains’ eastern foothills. Travel through the amazing landscapes and natural views of the Atlas Mountains, the pass of Tiz N’Tichka (2260m high over the Grand Atlas Mountains), Taddert’s Berber town. We will stop to visit the famous Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou (30km away from Ouarzazate town). It is one of the wonderful fortified and Kasbahs in Morocco. Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou is also one of the UNESCO world legacy sites.  After having lunch in the Ait Ben Haddou’s village, we will drive to visit Dades Gorges through Ouarzazate (the Hollywood of Africa). The journey goes through the Road of Thousand Kasbahs where you will see the astonishing sandcastles. Before we reach our destination, we will stop in Kalaat Mgouna. Then, continue to Dades valley, 1 Night stay at Dades Valley. 

Day 2 : Dades Valley -Todra Gorges – Merzouga – Camel ride

After breakfast at the hotel, we continue toward the Merzouga desert. We go to Todra Valley. We take a walk in Todgha gorges. They are touted as the highest gorges in Morocco. Then, we drive to Erfoud through both towns Tinjdad and Jorf. Erfoud is an ideal site of fossils and dates We can visit the local workshop of fossils. We reach Merzouga in the evening when we start a camel ride to the middle of the sand dunes where we watch the most wonderful sunset view ever and spend night in a luxury camp.

Day 3 : Merzouga Desert – Ziz Valley  – Cedar forest – Ifrane – Fes

Early wake up in the morning to attend the majestic view of the sunrise, after breakfast we will head north to the imperial city of Fez. We will include many short breaks for you to chill out, have lunch and take pictures such as in the palm-dotted Ziz Valley, Midelt and in the UNESCO listed forest of the Middle Atlas. This forest hosts a colony of the endangered Barbary Apes. Drive through Ifrane before reaching Fez in the evening.
